- Identifying real estate sub-markets in North Carolina, South Carolina and other areas in the Southeastern United States with undervalued and inefficiently priced investment opportunities
- Repositioning existing real estate properties for higher and more efficient use
- Collaborating with property management, marketing and brokerage alliances to transition value to end users
- Acquiring existing real estate properties to create value through active asset management and select capital improvements
- Locating excellent joint venture alliances
- Capturing value through the timely disposition, or recapitalization, of assets
- Purchasing debt at favorable terms
